Workmanship Coverage

Petra Decks LLC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor for deck construction, replacement, and renovation.

This covers installation defects related to our work under normal residential use. Covered issues will be inspected and repaired at no cost during the warranty period.

Material Warranties

Decking, railing, and accessories may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties, typically 25–50 years, depending on the product.

Manufacturer warranties are issued and administered by the manufacturer, not Petra Decks.

Not Covered

• Normal wear and aging

• Natural wood movement or color variation

• Weather-related expansion or shifting

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance

• Modifications or repairs by others

• Storms, flooding, or other acts of nature

Warranty Claims

Contact Petra Decks with a brief description of the issue. If covered, we’ll inspect and resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original homeowner, unless stated otherwise in writing.
